This was at Jimmy’s Farm (you know Jamie Oliver’s mate) near Ipswich. He has a breed of sheep called Essex Pigs which are officially extinct and that he is trying to get reinstated as a breed. http://www.essexpigsociety.com/
While this very laudable I did wonder how many of them would end up as bacon in Jimmy’s store.
